Tara Strong is a Canadian-American voice actress who has played a wide variety of characters in animated television series, movies, and video games. She is best known for voicing characters such as Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents, and Harley Quinn in various Batman animated series and video games. With over 500 voice credits to her name, she is considered to be one of the most prolific voice actresses in entertainment history.
