Tommy Chong is a Canadian-American actor, writer, director, musician, cannabis rights activist, and comedian. He is best known for his role as the marijuana-smoking character "Leo" in the stoner comedy film series "Cheech & Chong". Chong has also appeared in numerous other films and television shows throughout his career.
