Tony Jay was an English actor and voice artist known for his deep, commanding voice which was often used in animated films and TV shows. He appeared in many popular shows and films such as Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Star Trek: The Next Generation. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 73.
