Vance Colvig
Vance Colvig Sr. was an American actor and voice actor who appeared in over 50 films between 1915 and 1946. He is best known for his work on the original version of The Wizard of Oz, where he played the role of the Munchkinland Mayor. Colvig was also a prominent voice actor for Disney, lending his voice to characters such as the Big Bad Wolf in Three Little Pigs and Jiminy Cricket's archnemesis in Pinocchio.
