Yasiin Bey is a rapper, actor, and activist. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he rose to fame as part of the hip-hop duo Black Star and later as a solo artist under the name Mos Def. He has also acted in films such as The Italian Job and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Bey has been an outspoken advocate for social justice and human rights.
